Customer voice — 7 to 14 September 2026
Produced by: Run EXAMPLE-HC-01 · project read-only · nothing filed · demo values
- Scope
- 11 messages read from 10 customers in this period, against 14 in the period before. 2 tickets were left out because they belong to teams this reader cannot see, so every count below is stated as a minimum — a theme whose customers are partly hidden is smaller on the page than it is in reality, and a theme that reads small is one somebody decides not to act on. A theme needs 3 different customers here.
- Themes
- 2 themes, most customers first, with Customers, Messages, Share of messages read, Shared evidence, First heard, Last heard and Seen last period. Customers comes BEFORE Messages deliberately: "Export is slow" is 4 people writing 5 messages, and a table led by the message count would rank the loud above the common. The share is written as 5 of 11, never as a percentage.
- What customers said
- One subsection per theme, and every quote in it was checked character for character against the message it cites. "Export is slow" is held together by the label export, carried by the tickets of 3 of its customers; "Invite emails land in spam" by 3 of its customers typing the words "invites went to spam". Both are computed from the tickets rather than asserted by the model, and both are printed so you can open two tickets and disagree. Under each sit the verbatim lines — "I hit export on the board and nothing happens for two minutes, so I hit it again and got two files." — with their message ref and every customer's ticket as a link.
- What changed
- Names only: 1 of the 2 themes are new this period and the rest this workspace already had a name for, so "Export is slow" means the same thing it meant last month. No previous number appears here, deliberately — what survives from an older run is the model's raw answer, before that run's checks dropped what it could not prove, so a comparison against it would look more rigorous than either figure alone and be less.
- Not themed
- 3 messages joined no theme, and the section names them rather than letting them disappear. One of them was in a theme the model proposed and the server refused: 2 distinct customers across 2 messages, bar is 3. A run that only reports what it found reads as complete; this one states what it dropped and the rule that dropped it.
- What this did not hear
- The blind spot, in the digest itself, never softened: no survey platform, no support desk and no review-site feed is connected, so there is no CSAT, NPS or CES score anywhere in this document and nothing in it is a rating. The words are the messages written by the person who opened each ticket, so a reply from your own team is not in it. No theme is named or defined by how a customer feels — their own words are quoted instead, furious ones included.
